Spiced salmon tacos with a mango, chilli, and avocado salsa

INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp Smoked paprika

½ tsp Cumin

½ tsp Coriander

4 Scottish salmon fillets

1 Avocado

1 Mango

1 Red chilli

2 Spring onions

2 tbsp chopped Coriander

2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Juice of 1/2 limes

Salt & Pepper

Taco shells

METHOD:

Salmon with carraway seeds and baby spinach

INGREDIENTS:

2 fillets of Scottish salmon

2 tbsp Olive oil

1 tsp Carrayway seeds

Juice of 1 lemon

50ml Olive oil

Salt & Pepper

½ Green apple

75g Baby spinach

METHOD:

Roasted salmon with chia seeds and honey

INGREDIENTS:

50ml Orange juice

2 tbsp Honey

25ml Olive oil

Salt & Pepper

Carrots
