Organic Sea Harvest

Organic Sea Harvest is the first new, independently owned and operated salmon farm in Scotland for many decades, uniquely going against the trend by focusing solely on raising organic salmon.

Established in 2017, with the vision of filling a gap in the organic salmon market, Organic Sea Harvest started their journey in the small community of Staffin on the Isle of Skye. The remote island waters offer the perfect conditions for raising organic salmon which is farmed in the wild.

They currently operate across two sea sites at Cùl nan Cnoc and Inbhir Tobhta, with a team of site managers and farm technicians, some of which are new to the industry and others who have been in the sector for a number of years and bring proven experience.
