We are into the six month of government measures taken to combat the COVID-19. There's been a wealth of information about the physical effects of the virus and increasingly about the impacts these unprecedented times are having on people's mental health.

Evidence shows that coronavirus and the social, financial and psychological implications it carries can seriously impact one’s mental wellbeing.

Advice and referral service Rehab 4 Addiction approached the SSPO and asked if we wanted to share their advice about coping with the impacts of the pandemic.
