Presented as part of Waitrose's annual supplier awards programme, the accolade is among the most prestigious recognitions available to food and drink suppliers in the UK grocery sector. Aquascot was selected from a highly competitive field of suppliers spanning multiple product categories and regions.
Headquartered in Alness, Ross-shire, Aquascot has supplied Waitrose since 2003 and today provides the retailer's full range of own brand Scottish salmon products, alongside premium Scottish trout. The business has built its reputation on delivering consistently high-quality, responsibly sourced seafood while maintaining close and collaborative relationships throughout the supply chain.
