The company's charity panel will meet later this Spring to choose a range of charitable community causes that will have the food van attend their events, helping to raise funds.
Fully stocked with fresh salmon raised by Mowi and manned by their talented chefs, 100% of the proceeds from the sale of food on the day will go to their cause. Dishes served up from the wagon include delicious salmon fillets in a bun and salmon noodle salads.
Ian Roberts, Director of Communications and Business Development, Mowi Scotland, said:

All applicants will be notified by the end of March whether their application has been successful or not.
